LeadFlow ("we", "our", "the app") is operated by Brown Bag Consultants. This policy explains what information LeadFlow collects, how it's used, and your choices.

Information we collect

LeadFlow is a business tool used by home service company owners and dispatchers to manage leads and appointments. Depending on how your account is configured, LeadFlow may access:

• Account information you provide (name, email, business name)
• Lead and appointment data synced from your connected CRM (e.g. GoHighLevel), including your customers' names, phone numbers, and service requests
• Purchase/subscription status, handled by our payment processor RevenueCat (which relays purchase data from Apple's App Store)
• Basic device and usage data (crash logs, app version) to keep the app working

How we use it

We use this information solely to operate the app: displaying your leads and bookings, sending you notifications about new leads, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

Third-party services

LeadFlow uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:

• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management (privacy policy)
• Apple App Store — payment processing for iOS purchases
• GoHighLevel (GHL) — if you connect your GHL sub-account, LeadFlow reads lead/appointment data from it under your existing GHL account and its own privacy terms

Data retention

Lead and appointment data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (below).

Your choices

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Children's privacy

LeadFlow is a business tool intended for business owners and staff 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
